Overview

The marketing and lead-generation site for a Sioux Falls property-services and compliance business: rental turnovers, exterior cleaning, seasonal maintenance, and facility support.

The problem

Property managers want a vendor who documents everything. The site had to show that discipline and turn visitors into qualified leads.

What I built

• Service, industry, and location pages backed by one typed source of business facts. Anything unverified never renders.
• A lead form handled by a dedicated AWS Lambda that delivers through SES.
• Automated pre-deploy audits: SEO, broken links, accessibility structure, structured-data validation, a claims scan, and a secrets scan.

Architecture

• A Next.js 16 static export on S3 and CloudFront, with a CloudFront Function for routing.
• A lead Lambda with shared validation, defined in CloudFormation, plus a local test server with a fake SES outbox.
